LCD Soundsystem’s New Album Will Be Last

In an interview with BBC (via The Daily Swarm) James Murphy has confirmed that the upcoming untitled LP will be LCD Soundsystem’s last. When asked to clarify Murphy said the following: “I think it is, and I feel good about it and really positive about it, it’s not like a negative thing, I think that its nice to feel like it’s the last one and we’ll tour really hard and then go do something else”. You can check out the band’s upcoming tour dates below and remember the album will drop on May 18th.
